Corporate Governance

The bank implements effective corporate governance based on transparency and integrity, in compliance with AIFC requirements. It ensures a clear distribution of authority between the Shareholder, the Board of Directors, the Management, and employees.

Azat Yermembetov is the sole shareholder of the bank and also a member of the Board of Directors.

Consist of the Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance Committees.

The executive body responsible for overseeing the bank’s daily operations. The Credit Committee operates under it.

Maksatbek Kairgaliyev

Sharia expert with years of experience in teaching Islamic sciences. Director of the Zakat Fund under the Muftiate. Graduate of Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi (Takhassus fil Ifta), holds a master's degree in law, religious studies, Arabic language, and Sharia sciences.

Altaaf Ahmad

Expert in Islamic commercial law and finance, Sharia advisor with extensive experience. Graduate of Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi (Takhassus fil Ifta), certified CSAA (AAOIFI), and holds a master's degree in Islamic banking and finance.

Adilbek Ryskulov

Expert in Islamic banking and finance, Sharia advisor. Consults banks, financial companies, and fintech projects. Specializes in Sharia audit, product development, and transaction structuring. Certified CSAA (AAOIFI), CISSA (CIBAFI), FRM, and holds an MBA.
